Good to know
- If you're on the $10 or $20 (200 anytime) Prepaid Monthly Plan or $20 Text Maniac Prepaid Plan and don't have enough funds in your account on your monthly anniversary date, we'll put you on the 30¢/minute plan and texts will be charged at 15¢/text unless you have a Text Add-on.
- If you're on the $40, $30, or $20 (1000 Evenings & Weekends) Prepaid Monthly Plan we'll put you on the $1/day Evenings & Weekend plan. Simply top up to get back on your Monthly Plan.
- If you’re on one of the Prepaid Daily Plans and you don’t have enough funds in your account, we’ll put you on the 30¢/minute plan. Extra minutes on the Daily Plans are 30¢/minute. Simply top up to get back on your Daily Plan.
- Long distance charges on calls to Canada or the U.S. are 30¢/minute in addition to your local per minute rate.
- Receiving a text from a friend is always free. Extra text messages are 15¢/text and 20¢/international text.
- Evening and weekend calling is from 7pm to 7am Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
